The crew was fast, professional, and careful — they took the time to cover and protect our plants, then thoroughly cleaned up everything when they finished. We've used the team at C87 to repair a leak, rebuild a patio cover, and this year to do an entire tile reroof on our house as well as entire tile to shingle reroof on my mother's home. These guys did a great job on my roof. Fixed problems previous roofers had left. Very professional work and left the place neat and tidy every day. We had an estimate that was slightly lower but still decided to go with this firm because of the warranty. Arrived on time and completed all work, documenting the repairs with photos. This group was punctual, extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project. I have a cement tile roof, they matched the additional tiles I needed, replaced the gutter work and painted the wood trim. Great job when I called for quotes they came out and gave me 3 different quotes and were honest they did not try to sell me a new roof quite the contrary they told me my roof was in good shape and that I could really just use a tune up and that would last me quite a few more years.
